Privacy

A short, plain privacy note.

What the forms on this site collect, what it is used for, and what never happens to it. Written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect on this site

Two forms. The early access form collects your name, your agency name, and your work email. The sign up form collects those, plus how many licensed producers your agency has and, if you choose to tell us, who referred you. When a signup is recorded, we also note how you arrived, such as a campaign tag or the page that referred you, so we can tell which outreach is working. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

What it is used for

One thing: writing to you about AllOneForm early access for your agency, including your walkthrough and your account activation. Nothing else.

What never happens

Your details are never sold, and they are never added to a marketing list beyond AllOneForm's own early access contact. Your clients' information is a separate matter entirely: intake data is your agency's, only your agency's producers can access it in the product, and it is never sold or used to market to your clients.

While early access is being set up

Accounts and the producer backend open at launch. Until signups can be recorded, a form on this site tells you so plainly instead of confirming a signup it cannot record. Nothing you type into the producer login page is sent or stored. Logins are not open yet.

Keeping and removing your details

We keep recorded early access details while early access is being offered. If yours are recorded and you want them removed, reply to any email from us and we will delete them.

This note covers the AllOneForm marketing site. The client intake product carries its own consent and privacy terms, shown to clients inside the intake itself. Last updated November 2026.
